LCFOA Mission Statement
The Lane County Football Officials Association is dedicated to promoting fairness, integrity, and excellence in high school and youth football officiating throughout Lane County. Our mission is to recruit, train, and support officials who embody professionalism, uphold the rules of the game, and ensure a safe and sportsmanlike environment for all participants. Through continuous education, mentorship, and community engagement, LCFOA strives to elevate the standard of officiating while fostering respect for the game and those who play it.
